Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size, color, or product option selected by the customer
- Wrong shipping address provided by the customer
- Minor differences in color due to lighting, screen display, or production batches
- Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, washing, or normal wear and tear
If your request is approved, we will provide the most suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the specific case.
Any return or refund request must be reviewed and approved by our support team before further action is taken.
Refunds (If Applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
